To help us complete your review quickly and accurately, please follow these guidelines when submitting your files. We do not have access to your VA, service, or personal medical records, so the documents you upload are essential.

Use PDF files only

Please submit your records as PDFs. Other formats can’t be processed and will delay your review.

Upload directly — no shared links

We’re unable to open Dropbox/Google Drive/OneDrive or other cloud links. Use the upload form to attach your files directly.

Do not lock or password-protect your documents

Protected files prevent us from accessing what we need and will stall the initial review and service-connection process.

Only upload the items we request

Please avoid sending extra materials such as passports, Social Security cards, or other forms of ID. Only provide the documents specifically requested for your case.

• Blue Button Medical Report
• Current VA Ratings Decision
• VA Claims/Decision Letter
• Civilian or Private Medical Records
• DD214 (required only for first-time disability claims)
